Never done that with a brisket but we do that at our annual company cookout with burgers. Pile the burgers after there cooked in a aluminum pan on one side of the grill and pour a cola in it so they stay nice and moist so we can cook a bunch of burgers before we serve them. don't really taste...
That's a fine looking piece of pork! I never done the entire pork shoulder only the butt but now its on my to do list because that is making me hungry. The cake is pretty awesome also!

I added a little broth to the portion of the flat just to get them back to a decent moisture. There not bad but would love for the final product to come out that way. I will defiantly give the Beef broth or apple juice in the foil on the next try. Thanks!
Well here's the final product. Wasn't 100%v happy with it but it turned out not to shabby. The flat was just a little dryer than i would like but the other part was perfect so i got a little work to do in order to get it a little more juice on the flat. I did wait the 45 minutes suggested by...
