How do you apply your rub to Baby Back Ribs
After making Jeff's rub I put it into a Parmesan shaker and it works great. I just finished the mustard base then the rub on 7 Baby Back Ribs that I am going to smoke on Saturday, I also made a batch of his BBQ sauce for those that want it.- delavanks

Brining
I am new here and new to brineing Sure hope someone here can help me My wife bought what she thought was a natural but when I took it out to thaw I see that it is injected with a 7% solution What do I dare do to brine the turkey??? reduce the salt and if so how much- delavanks
