    the best rub

    I'm not much for mixing my own rubs.  I really like Famous Dave's Rib Rub and we bought some of Sweet P's rub when we were in Knoxville, TN.  BOth are great on pork and chicken.  I used Sweet P's on Salmon aswell, and loved it.

    Tailgate Smoking Question

    When I go to football tailgate I do not have enough time to smoke meat.  I'd like to smoke the meat a day ahead of the big game and use a gas grill to reheat the meat.  Any suggestions?  I was planning to smoke some country ribs or spare ribs.  Reheating will retain the smoked flavor.  And I can...
