    Bratwurst Fatty

    I made one of these last year. I opened brats and flattened them like all fattys. I stuffed with mustard, cheddar, and sauteed onions. Sorry no pics but it was a huge hit.

    Its great to get some new ideas. Just started making fatties about 3 months ago and I think that I could sell them everytime that I make them.
