    First try with Chicken

    Not only did I get hooked, so did my wife, children, in-laws and neighbors.   This fattie was peppers, onions, cheese. I used thinner bacon and I think it turned out way better than my first ones.

    I tried some Chicken for the first time: A friend did the marinade, some BBQ, Buffalo and Teriyaki overnight. I then wrapped half of them in bacon and smoked until IT was 180. And I did another Fatty I AM SO HOOKED!!!
