    my first attempt. I made two fatties with peppers onion cheese asparagus and spinach.when rolling it I realized I put a little too much ingredients in. I hope to make more of these soon.

    I have found 2 methods of controlling temps on the Weber. 1st is the amount of coal you lite. I only lite 5-6 brikets and not the entire basket.then bairly crack the bottom vent. As far as the top I only open it no more than the width of a pencil. If you want it hotter then you can open the top...

    These were done with the 3 2 1. Wood and lump coal. Hickory and pecan woods. The sauce is a homemade sweet with Pete sauce that is really good on about anything.
