    I worked at a fish processing plant in Alaska in the eighties and they would slide the cod fish filets over a plate glass table with a brite light shining through to look for these worms, if worms were present they would get rejected.     7 Hours on the primo, Normally I get a Killer Smoke ring but today the Brisket Godess was in a hurry and just kissed the edges. I liked using the Pitmaster IQ110, it worked well. Thanks for looking!!!

    Smoking in confined spaces

    I'm real happy with the Bradley digital electric smoker I have. I only use it for Salmon, Jerky, Pepperoni stix and sausages.I cooked a pork butt in it once and did not like it so I use my ceramic grill for steaks, butts and that sort of stuff.
