    The past few times I have fired up my Masterbuilt xl gas smoker - I have had some serious soot issues. Soot everywhere - on everything - turning my food black. Any ideas as to what might be going on ? Thanks for any help

    Masterbuilt Extra Wide - Cookin' with Gas

    Try a search here. I remember a real nice mod that someone here did adding a nice set of wheels that were on a frame. Something like a furniture dolly. I wii do this with mine when I get a chance.:sausage:
