    Momma 's gettin a new rack !!!!!!!!!!

    I just ordered some custom made grates off of ebay for my smoker !!! Im excited to have more as the three that came with my smoker just arent enough and replacement from the company run $40 each !!  Super excited !!! I think I'll celebrate with some fathers day smoke this weekend !!!!!!!!

    Smoked a fatty ...lol

    I smoked my first fatty, shrooms, and butt this weekend !!!!! All turned out pretty well.  I did have some trouble with the fatty.  In an attempt to not BECOME a fatty I wrapped it in turkey bacon which just isnt long enough to go all the way around.  I'm to scared to even try the weave at this...

    Butt........... what should I do ???

    I've been cruising through the forum today as I plan to purchase and smoke a butt this weekend... i'm somewhat conflicted as to whether I should brine, rub, or inject !!  Any suggestions??????????

    Another Newby !!!!!!!!!!!!

    Greetings to all !!!! I am a total Newby to not only this forum but also to smoking !! I purchased a char griller a couple of weekends ago and found this forum which has been THE MOST HELPFUL !!!   My husband and I tend to hang out in our backyard quite a bit, so now we will be smoking whatever...
