    Ok, thanks for the links.  I'll have to measure the base.  I took it to a local shop with everything under the sun for this sort of thing.  He must have had twenty different funnels, but none would fit.  It looks like an odd ball size. also, interesting on the "buy meat instead".  I'm new to it...

    I purchased a "used"11# Sportsman sausage stuffer.  Unfortunately, I didn't know that "used" meant that they didn't have the stuffing tubes.  I've been searching high and low for the plastic (stainless would be cool) tubes without success.  Any ideas where I can order some?
