Everything you had it the smoker looks amazing!! I personally love moose meat and consider it my all time favorite. I miss it as I havent had any in about 20 years. I remember it as being better than beef. Congratulations! You have done well!!

Great job! I am jealous. what type of wood did you use in your smokehouse build? Is that a cement pad? What was used on the roof? Looks like it(the smoke) seeps out from the whole roof system? I am anxious to build my own smokehouse.

Awesome post. I have 2 bellies and a 20lb. ham in Pop's cure. Bacon comes out Saturday and the Ham is in for 30 days. Can't wait as this is my 1st attempt at bacon and ham. Did do BBB a while back, and that turned out great! Keep up the great work!!
