    Hello again.

    Hello from South Texas.  Haven't been on the forum in years, so figured I would reintroduce.  On my second smoker, went from a economy offset basic wood smoker to a electric smoker when the previous smoker rusted out and came apart. Be good to get new info and get back into the smoker game.

    Hello from San Antonio

    FIL got us a nice smoker with offset firebox for Christmas.  Did a bunch of ribs on it and came out great.  Figured there has to be lots of good info on here.
