    MES 30 - little to no smoke

    I have an MES30 that i bought a little over a year ago and seen it's fair share of use in that time.   It seems like recently it just instn't putting out the smoke like it used to. The temp control works fine.  i can set it to whatever and it will heat up and hold that setting +/- a few degrees...

    Help with AMNS for use in a MES30

    I have seen a lot of talk here about using the AMNS in the MES30 and I am sure that this is the way i want to go for smoking cheese etc. Question, where inside the unit is the AMNS placed? Do you just put it on a lower rack and let it "go" so to speak?   I am sure i am over complicating this...
