As for the gravy,i took the drippings and skimmed the grease.added some corn starch and milk.it thickened up nicely 2nd tastes amazing.I left the gravy at the house and took the bbq sauce and the bird to our friend's house for dinner. Leftovers came home. -

Marctrees,i usually put it on the grates with a water pan under it. This is the first time or the pan. I used 4 bottles of Reds Apple ale and almost a full box of chicken broth during this cook. -
