    Do you use the Amaz-n-smoker in the MES?  If so, do you just put it on the lowest rack or bottom of smoker?

    I am a newbie to this site and the first time I was on this site I got numerous viruses and had to wipe out my computer and re-load everything.  Since I was not familiar with the site and was looking all over it so I cannot say specifically where it came from.

    When using a MES smoker for a long smoke such as a brisket, how often do you add additional wood chunks? Has anyone tried the A-Maze-N-Smoker in a 40" MES?

    Actually loveno33 means "love New Orleans" where I am originally from and I still love the city visiting whenever possible.  I never thought of it as looking like I loved the number 33.

    Newbie with MES question

    I am new to smokers.  I bought a 40" MES last week.  While precisely following the instruction book for preseasoning, the seal on the top edge of the glass door loosened and scorched the metal above the glass panel.  I exchanged it at Bass Pro for a new one not knowing whether the first model...
