    I just transferred to Japan. And I fired up the smoker and I now can't get it above 200*F. Has anybody ever had this issue?

    Thanks. Lots of good info. Cooked chicken on it yesturday and they turned out great. Way easier to regulate temp than my offset joes smoker.

    I found this guy last year on the curb waiting for the trash-man and needless to say I got it. What kind is it? Serial #2948 if that helps. The only reason I have the box on the stack its down poring and was messing with my temp. Thanks for your inputs. Red
