    OOPS! I didn't double check my info. I was rushing. I did take it out at an internal temp of 200. Well 199.6 couldn't wait till the 200 mark. I cooked it at a temp of 225. Thanks. It really wasn't dry, just not what I pictured. It was boneless.

    They looked great. I use the freezer bag method. yours looked awesome by hand shaping. rolled better than mine.

    Fatties for Work BBQ

    So far I have done only 1 fattie, 2nd may be tomorrow. I used a pound filled with goodness and it fed my wife and I and 2 small kids. (taters and veggies too. I would say 1 pound per 2-3 people. Depends on the people. hope the qview will follow

    I agree, very dangerous; however, if are smart and safe no problems. I have done it two times and it is the BEST tasting turkey I have ever had.

    At first I used suran wrap and my hands to flatten like shown of photo. didn't work, so I then used the freezer bag method. no photo of change. Had a heck of a time rolling though. guess I need to do it again
