    Anyone Smoking Right Now!?!!

    Did an eye of round a couple of weeks ago and it was good. I took it to 135* and let it rest for a bit. I think it smoked for a little over two hours. The butt's done and resting. It only took 12.5 hrs. The last 8-pounder I did took 14. Just put the eye of round and two fatties on a few minutes...

    OldSmoke, you have any pics of your set up? I've learned how to maintain mine from 210-260*F for a good while with the occasional stoking, but your way sounds better :)
