What's your favorite type of smoker and why?
This is pretty subjective. It all depends on what type of smoking you do (and what your fuel preference might be). Well, if you can't have a smoker like this one, maybe you're getting lumps of coal in your stocking. You would have fuel for your next smoke. This Christmas, set out ribs and beer instead of cookies and milk. That's been know to change Santa's mind about these things........- dirt guy

Thanks, Steve. After using it on the maiden run, there is a learning curve. I had the air inlets open too much which exaggerated the hot/cold spots within the grill. It's definitely not the same as using my charcoal grill. I cooked burgers (with JD Steak seasoning), boneless pork loin chops...- dirt guy
