    Hello from NJ . IM new to smoking so im really glad I found this site . I have a cabelas 48 in vertical smoker . Works good now but its cold out. it wants to burn to hot. Turned all the way down it cooks at 225. Its in the 30s here . I dont know what im going to do next summer . Might have to...
