Any one in Florida ever smoke an Iguana?
Don't know what the hub-bub is all about, but don't they eat gator in Florida. I know they do a lot of places in the south. To me... a lizard, is a lizard, is a lizard. A big one tastes like chicken so a small one should taste like quail or grouse. Get over your sensitivities. Food is food...- patty2591
