UX 1000 Dry Ager
I worked with them for three months. They never connected me to an engineer, which I thought strange. They hooked me up with a "Meat Sommelier"... So I played along, but the guy was pretty much clueless. I showed them hard data that the unit was not doing as they professed. I collected lots...- Meat!Man

UX 1000 Dry Ager
Hey bpw, I got my UX 1000 in February. I loaded mine with about 5 subprimals, 2 had bone-in, the others were boneless but with good fat cap on at least one side. The 4 boneless lost significant moisture. I could not get my DryAger to maintain a decent humidity. I bought 5 hygrometers (Govee)...- Meat!Man
