Can’t taste different rubs
I’m cooking on a uds that I put together. I feel like I can’t taste the different rubs I try at all. I was putting chunks of wood on but decided to stop thinking I might be putting too much and covering up the rubs but they seem to taste the same. Any idea why this is or what I am doing wrong.
