    I have about a 12 lb turkey that needs ate this weekend. As this will be my first attempt at smoking a bird about how long will it take to cook this devil. Plan on using apple wood at about 250 cooking temp, or if anyone has a better idea I'm all for any help I can get.. Thanks , Mike

    I've read all the posts, bought an ECB, have done all the mods and now I'm ready for some smoke..
