Will be getting my WSM this weak.
I did my first smoke on Sat. and turn out great. I did 4 racks of baby backs. Sorry, no pics. I was getting crunched for time because I had to pack up the rids and take them to my brother-in-laws for dinner. My father in law told me the day before that you had to boil rids before you cooked them... -
Will be getting my WSM this weak.
Through a contact I have in Weber, I am getting a FREE 18" WSM. I can't wait! For my first try I was thinking about some spare ribs and chicken. Not looking for anything fancy. If you have any ideas let me know, I have been lurking here for awhile now so I have a few ideas. Thanks!
