good first sausage stuffer?
Okay, I got the LEM Jerky Cannon , what size scoop do you use for jerky gun for it work properly. The diameter of the jerky gun is 2" (50mm). I can get 3 Tbsp scoop, Outer Diameter is 53.3 mm or 2 Tbsp scoop, Outer Diameter is 43.6 mm. Thanks- kurb

Okay thanks. Im thinking the 3/8 would work for lamb casing. What jerky gun would you recommend. Does the LEM nozzle only work with LEM jerky gun? Thanks -
