The look was perfect. I was pretty happy with the taste, but I will definitly season a lot more next time. I also need more smoke, as it was only the second time using my propane XL and I am still tweaking that. Really considering getting a AMPTS.

First ever fatty. Thanks for the tips a directions in the forums! It really made putting it together a snap! 1lb medium pork sausage, sauted onions, peppers, and shrooms, hash browns, and orange rind munster. Cooked to 165 with apple and hickory. Not a bad first try. Can't wait to play...
Finally through the Christmas rush and breaking in the new smoker with a couple of chickens! Still need some time to do the waterpan mod, but holding 300-325 really well right now.
