Just got the Auber WiFi AW-1520H. Did the rewire steps on my MES30. Now doing test runs.
Got it connected to WiFi with no issues. Setup a single step of go to 275 degrees and stay there for four hours. Got to temp in 25 minutes and holding great. So I want to end this test cook now. Just picked up a used MES 30 Model 20071514 - surface rust question
Thank you all for replying so quickly. Cleaned up the rust, oiled and re-assembled. This morning I powered it up and followed the manual to season it. Set temp to 275 F and time to 3 hours. Watched it warm up and then level off at 182 F. At that point it cycled off and on floating between 176...- MikeR5634

Just joined the site. Hope I am posting this to the correct forum. Used "only a few times" and very clean. They upgraded to a bigger smoker. Might be telling the truth, it is in very good shape. Hello from Mid Ohio
New to smoking. My brother has 15 years of experience with a Masterbuilt electric so I picked up a used one. Model on the back is 20071514. Do lots of Sousvide and grilling so looking forward to smoking.
