I see you have a Fatboy smoker. I picked up a used one over the winter and am looking forward to trying it out. Any tips on how to set up the coals, how much etc... Damper settings? I'm planning on doing a brisket and want to try and hold the temp around 225/250. Thanks for any tips- BustinNuts
