    I have had back luck with two different brands. Temps way off (example, set at 225 running at 350, even though the controller showed it was running way hot, didn't fix it. On the first it was a cheapo, and it was a definitely quality in general lacking. The second I thought it would work better...

    New member from Nebraska! I have been smoking as a hobby for a few years now, and am looking to learn more and am also looking to up my smoking game! Currently have a pellet smoker that is caused me nothing but fits (two controllers out in a month). I'll be looking for some new ideas!
