Thanks! It doesn’t have a tray. It just has a small door that opens up to a small heating element. It’s kinda strange.- justinthomashein

Having trouble getting smoke
Hi all, does anyone on here have trouble getting a good smoke going with this smoker? It has the side door with the small element. I tried chunks and the heating element doesn’t seem hot enough to keep the smoke going. I’ve also tried chips and they start on fire and it’s a mess after that…Any...- justinthomashein
