masterbuilt - fire out
We have a brand new masterbuilt propane smoker. When I press the control knob in and turn c-clockwise, then press the igniter, fires right up. Problem comes when I release knob, releasing the spring mechanism, fire goes out. The flame doesn't stay lit.. any thoughts? Ty in advance- tfiebich
