My favorite sauce is by far Alabama White BBQ Sauce. This sauce is a Northern Alabama, mayonnaise-based recipe sauce. It's an ideal balance of acidic, spicy, and flavorful :)
I tried Walkerswood Jamaican jerk marinade Brian. It was good but I also found it to be not as spicy as I would like. Went looking for other recipes that had more of a spicy element and found one with a terrific jerk seasoning. Think you will like that.
