My first butt yesterday
Smoked my first butt Saturday. Rubbed it with Jeff’s rub Friday afternoon. Put it in the ECB early Saturday morning. After two hours, began mopping it ever hour. Wrapped it in aluminum foil at 165F. When the internal temperature reached 200F, took it out, wrapped in with foil and towels and... -

grillin_all_day I was station at Holloman Jan 1990 to Nov 1991. Was TDY out of there a lot, roughly 14 months. I did spend Christmas there in 2003.- bman44
