    Rib temp stall?

    Here it is 2020 and I'm searching for a solution... and I find this page and I'm having the exact same thing. Smoker is 250-270... the ribs climed up to 172 after 4 hours.. then... boom... drops all the way to 160.. grrrr... crank the fire up to 300... now down to 158... I've seen briskets do...
