Many of these units don’t have a thermocouple to shut off the gas if the flame goes out. Inside of a box, well you can imagine the rest. Get the right fuel/air mixture, relight it, and it could level your house.
Besides cancer, the other anomaly that can be detected with checkups is an enlarged prostate. When they become enlarged enough, they can raise the dickens with all kinds of functions.
I went through four TURPs, two biopsies, and three Urologists that my PSA of 17 scared the heck out of them...
I think one of the challenges between returning from WWII and Vietnam Nam was in WWII, it took months to get home on a ship. Guys had a chance to talk with each other and possibly begin a transition. They were welcomed home. In Vietnam Nam, you could be rotated out and home in a week on a plane...
We have been visiting Virginia during the last two weeks getting ready for a wedding. I know there are a few folks on here from there. You certainly live in a beautiful state!
My dad was in the Battle of the Bulge, grandpa lost a leg in WWI. Brother was in Vietnam Nam.
We were in Washington DC and visited the memorials on this last Memorial Day and heard the speeches. It was very moving.
All of the guys I worked with on helicopters were Viet Nam vets. I wish we had...
Been out of town and just catching up. You are living in the worst situation imaginable. I hope you and your wife have close and loving support. You can count on our prayers.

There. I’ve used up my...

I have a vertical propane cabinet. The propane adds moisture plus I use a water tray. I start at 225 for an hour then bump up to 250, no wrapping. I spritz with apple juice after a few hours, and when the temp reaches around 200 I start probing. I...
I love Jeff’s sauce recipe. I add 1/4 cup of bourbon and Minute Maid apple juice to taste. I also use the full amount of molasses and cut the pepper to half. Make it at least a day in advance to let the flavors meld. I wash out the ketchup bottle and use it for the sauce.
Great. Just bought a GE yesterday.
Eight people coming over for dinner Friday and the damn refrigerator chooses to die. Won’t be delivered until next week. Eight frikin years old. The garage refer is over twenty five and going strong.
There is a reason old guys are grumpy.
Yea, when it comes to smoking, I love to share photos, but man, I feel I am in a single A farm league!
I win every time some else posts. I have learned so much from the folks here.
Thanks!
Assembled the smoked bourbon beans today and gave them a simmer. I’ll smoke them tomorrow. This will give them a day to meld before serving on Friday. They taste great even before smoking.
