    Fired up the grill this morning to make a Boston butt for pulled pork for tomorrow, and decided to throw some bacon over the hot coals for a quick snack, separated and put the bacon on some foil halfway thru to catch the grease, can you guess where the grease went when the bacon was done? :)

    Had Barbacoa beef at a restaurant a few weeks ago and it was okay but I thought i could do it better, I am wondering is there any reason you can’t smoke the chuck roast first and finish in crock pot? That’s what I was thinking of doing, love the recipe though man looks great
