Hello BBQ Masters - planning on grilling thin skirt steak and some chicken sausage. What temp do you recommend I set the master built 560 at to do the job via grilling?
Just bought MasterBuilt 560 and have grill completely full and set to 200. Noticed it swung between 192-194 so set temp to 210 and now it is around 200. Is this normal when grill completely full?
