Thanks for pointing me in the direction of Lang! $800 price range would be nice, but if I can convince the wife that quality matters, I could probably go to $1,500. The time has come. My neighbor gave me his bullet smoker a few years ago for free. I've spent the past few years working magic with it. Brisket. Pork shoulder. Homemade bacon.
