Antique buffalo chopper 1911
Hi Bob. I have the same 1911 Buffalo Silent Cutter in excellent shape. I have been using it for the last 30 years for making smoked salmon pate commercially. If there are any museums that you know may of that may be interested in this cutter, please let me know. Thanks.- Hooksmokemaster
