What pellets
I "inherited" a RecTec 680 that is older, and doesn't have the "Extreme Smoke" feature. I asked RecTec about it and they said I would need to replace the controller ($100+). I am an electronics engineer, so I figure I can hack my grill to cycle the fan. My question is, when in "Extreme Smoke"...- jdudeck
