Simplicity and versatility. I currently grill with a Char-Griller Akorn. It's an insulated steel kamado-style charcoal grill. I'm turning 40 in a few months and looking for the proverbial unicorn. Budget is 800 - 1200 Must be able to do Low (Smoke) and High (Steaks and Pizza) heat easily and well.
