    MES 30 Conversion

    @Jonok do you have a thread on this mod? Deciding between this or simple amazn for the electric I’m looking at. The thing I like here is that it seems to use less of the cooking space in an already smaller size smoker.

    OK... i'll keep an eye out for the 40 then :) Sounds like there's no real way to do a 40 with "plug n play" PID though unless i'm missing something? So, i'll have to do the re-wire and also it seems that i'll be missing out on the higher temps since most of the MES 40 seem to have smaller...
