Thanks a lot! That was one of my main worries that it was going to be too much meat for the smoker to handle which is what im getting from what you’re saying. This is the case even if the 4 butts were 4.5 pounds or so? Thanks again. I may just do 2 and figure out something else with the others...
Thats what I was worried about. The chip holder/pan was super small. I was trying to tell her that I won’t be able to do that many. Thanks for the input

New to smokin! I live in East Central Florida. Love doing anything on the water, fishing, diving, spear fishing, and drinking cold beer. Love smoked foods and just got a Masterbuilt 30” to start with. Look forward to learning a lot on here!!!
