    The way I see it, for the most part you can cook great BBQ on any offset out there. I'm waiting on a Lang 48" that started out as a 36". You will always have people that have their favorite brand pit, and many reasons why. At one point you need to get what makes you happy. Searching, YouTube...

    I ordered the 36" and two days later find the order changed to 46" and wheel kit. It all came down to honestly, room.

    Looking at getting into the world of stick burners

    I just ordered a Lang 48" and it's 6 weeks out. I would wait 6 months or longer for quality. A 6 hour drive wasn't out of the question. And yes, make sure you can get good wood. Found a place 20 minutes from the house I can get Cherry, pecan, oak and hickory.
