    Got a Series 5 from Wally in the first part of February for $199.99 what a SHOCK! Did my first Boneless Pork Shoulders 2 at 13.2 lbs total. Took about 13 hrs. Had a hard time to get internal temp to 200 deg. Bark was GREAT and the flavor was great also. Can’t wait to do some more smoking...
