    I suggest either a Big Chief or Little Chief for salmon. I have yet to have a bad piece of salmon cooked on either one. Very simple, prep the fish, put in the smoker and 4-6 hours later pull out perfect smoked fish

    Got the draft notice before my senior year of college so I joined the Navy. Did my 4 years, got a job at Hughes Aircraft then went the Dept of Navy working my way from a GS-7 to GS-13. Retired at 53 1/2 years after 30 years service in 1999.
