    I've done a couple steaks so far. Let them get some smoke on them for like 20 minutes then cranked it up to high to finish them off. They have come out great!

    I did a pulled pork last week, temp never got above 23 outside. Wind chill was probably around 10ish.

    ZGrill 700D

    Did some NY Strips tonight. Just smoked them for about 20 Minutes then cranked the heat to finish them off. Pulled them just before Medium let them rest for about 5 - 8 minutes. They came out Great!! The wife was impressed with all the flavor as well.
