    Long time lurker, first time poster. Smoking my first turkey (and ham), need advice.

    I'm in similar boat where I need to smoke a turkey on Tuesday to eat on Thurs. so wondering best way to reheat? Seen a couple different ideas so main q's - Once it's done on Tuesday - better to cut/slice it or leave it whole? For reheating Thursday - better to put in oven in covered foil tray...
