    I got a steel griddle top for my could oven. Worked great. Oven died, got a flat glass top. Gor spacers for griddle top. Glass cracked under warranty. Giving it to my parents for their outdoor kitchen.

    Good to know. If I dont clean the drip tray on my GMG each time, within a week, there's mold growing on it. Fla, covered porch, soft grill cover.

    I'm 49, ret from mil at 39. No wife/kids. I move when I'm bored so I rent. My hobbies are cooking, firearms and my dog. Had a row of long guns laid out for yearly inventory. .22 to .338L, optics Nikon, Sig, Nightforce.

    I can I can get a lid for the 28". Got the soft cover because it was at a store 7 minutes away.

    Thanks. In over 2 years I've only made one meal for guests, my parents. Other than that, I only cook for myself.

    -Souvide at 167F for 3.5hrs. -Seared at 1550F about 1.5-2 min a side. The strip marinated in Bachans Japanese BBQ sauce, a sweet teriyaki flavor sauce. The other 2, pink Himalayan salt and crushed pepper. Cheese/red pepper mashed potatoes and green beans.

    Ya, lol, not easy. There is actually a favor system. Save a life, kind of unlimited favors w/ respect. Run through incoming fire to bring firepower, life long debt w/ respect. I called in a favor w/ 3 people to arrange this flight.

    Soivide cooks to exactly temp, then sear. I do steaks I do steaks to perfect 127F medium rare then sear at 1550F. You souvide then sear.
